NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 05, 2016, and entered in 16-000244-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CASSANDRA A. RICE A/K/A CASSANDRA RICE A/K/A CASSANDRA ANN RICE, DECEASED; APRIL BLACK A/K/A APRIL CARISSA BLACK; CHRISTINA BLACK; SARAH RICE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s).
