NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 05, 2016, and entered in 16-001326-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and RICHARD WOODS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD WOODS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 19, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
