NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 149, PRESIDENTS LANDING PHASE 5, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 113, Pages 5-9, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 4053 Capitol Drive, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34685
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 16, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
