NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 16-001457-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and, LEMAY, MARK, et. al., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on September 27 2016, the following described property:
LOT 60, LESS THE SOUTH 40 FEET OF THE EAST 45 FEET, LEWARN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
