Lot 12, LeNeve's Dubdivision of Lot No. 7 of F.A. WOOD'S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 44 Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Eric R. Schwartz, Esquire, Weitz & Schwartz, P. A., Plaintiffs' Attorney, whose address is: 900 S.E. 3rd Avenue, Suite 204, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, on or before 09/19/2016, which is within 30 days of the first publication hereof, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint.
