NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 17, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-000470-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein HOMEBRIDGE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. is Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. BEAUCHEMIN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14TH day of September, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The South 60 feet of the West 75 feet of Lot 13, Less three feet along the East line for a Public Utility easement, BOARDMAN AND GOETZ, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 2, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
