NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-008870-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2, is Plaintiff and RICHARD M. DUNHAM, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 51, Patrician Point - Unit 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 58, at Pages 87 and 88, of the Public Record of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 3912 14th Way NE, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33703
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
