will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Pinellas.realforeclose.com on September 16, 2016, at 10:00 a.m.
The sale is being made by Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court for the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
