NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 6, 2016, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
