NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2016 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated August 5, 2016 and entered in Case No.: 16-001535-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and HEATHER GUILD VAZQUEZ, an individual and THE DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 31, 2016 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 63, Replat of T.E. Webb's, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 45, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, FL.
PARCEL ID # 27-31-16-95382-000-0630.
Commonly referred to as 918 43rd St. St., St. Petersburg, FL 33711
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
