NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 15-003789-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JEAN JANTZ A/K/A REGINA JANTS, et al., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of September, 2016, the following described property:
