NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8, 2015, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-004517-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-WF1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WF1 is the Plaintiff and John L Wills A/K/A John Wills; Cynthia L Wills; United States Of America - Internal Revenue Service; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 21st day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7& 16, Block E, EAST PINE ACRES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book V, Page 143, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
