NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated August 4, 2016, entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-018202-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK is the Plaintiff and Aracelis Veras; The Unknown Spouse of Aracelis Veras; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Deerfield Community Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 20th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, DEERFIELD PHASE 2-B, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 72 AND 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
