NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-006654-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2005 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC 2005-HE1, is Plaintiff and HERNAN J. LARA, ET.AL., are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 14th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 166, Tivoli Woods, Village C, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 84 through 93, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Property Address: 9618 Worthington Ridge Road, Orlando, FL 32829
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
