NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16000358CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR6, is Plaintiff and JOSE ANTONIO LOPEZ; NATIVIDAD LOPEZ; CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2007-HE1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2007-HE1; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Office of Barbara T.
