Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 9, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Unit Week No. 53, CHARLOTTE BAY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 575 at Page 1791, and any and all amendments thereto, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with a 1/15th share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Commonly Known As: 1020 W. Marion Avenue, Unit 53, Punta Gorda, FL
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 16-0085 CC, Charlotte Bay Villas Associaiton, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Primo E. Genetia, Et Al, Defendants.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
