NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 17, 2016, entered in Case No. 15001669CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Melvin P Marquis A/K/A Melvin Paul Marquis; Donna J Menna A/K/A Donna Jean Menna; The Unknown Spouse Of Melvin P Marquis A/K/A Melvin Paul Marquis; The Unknown Spouse Of Donna J Menna A/K/A Donna Jean Menna; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Claimants; Atlantice Gulf Communities Corporation F/K/A General Development Corporaton A Dissolved Corporation; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the December 16, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 929, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION SEVENTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGES 6A THROUGH 6D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
