NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 16000830CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and STEVEN J. HUNT; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A REFUSED NAME; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of December, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK E, WILDFLOWER UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 41A THRU 41B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
