NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 41-2014-CA-002603 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Charles Henschen, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21st day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
