NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 16-CA-987, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, BRUCE G. WOOD, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BRUCE G. WOOD REVOCABLE TRUST DATED AUGUST 29, 2005, is the Plaintiff, and JORDAN THOMPSON, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at public sale held in the third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trial, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 AM on September 15, 2016 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
From an unrecorded Plat, Tract 1, Elizabethtown Acres, containing land 1 1/4 acres, more or less, being more particularly described as follows:
The North half of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 32, Township, 48 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida, subject to 30 foot right of way dedication in and under the West 30 feet of the above premises, and 30 foot right of way of dedication in and under the North 30 feet of the above premises for all the usual purposes on ingress .and egress in and under the so described right of way dedication of the above premises, all being subject to any and all easements, restrictions and reservations of record.
