NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Amended Claim of Lien, which is dated May 26, 2016, and was recorded June 6, 2016, in Official Records Book 5280, Page 923, Instrument #5273982 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at WHITE SANDS RESORT Manager's Office, 260 3rd Street South, Naples, FL on the 30th day of September, 2016, at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit Numbers and Week Numbers as set forth below in WHITE SANDS CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 908, Page 907, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.
