Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 19, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF COLLIER, AND STATE OF FLORIDA BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS CONDOMINIUM UNIT C-103, WOODMERE LAKE CLUB, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1186, PAGE 789-845, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5644 WOODMERE LAKE CIR, NAPLES, FL 34112; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112., on September 15, 2016 at 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
