NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2015, and entered in 11-2015-CA-000265-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, is the Plaintiff and PHILIP A. SCIACQUA A/K/A PHILIP SCIACQUA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PHILIP A. SCIACQUA; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO FIFITH THIRD BANK are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on September 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
