IN TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC is the Plaintiff and JULIA LEE ROBERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIA LEE ROBERSON are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 16, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
