and commonly known as: 10515 SHERROUSE RD, LAKELAND, FL 33810; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on September 19, 2016 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
