NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003859 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM X TRUST , Plaintiff, and, Gaston, Darlene, et. al., are Defendants, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of October, 2016, the following described property:
THE WEST 81.00 FEET OF LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK 12 OF MAP OF SECOND UNIT OF RIDGE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
