Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 15 day of August, 2016, and entered in case No. 16-CA-1883 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SAIL HARBOUR AT HEALTHPARK HOMEOWNERS' SUB-ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, AJALIHU ONYEWU, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AJALIHU ONYEWU, N/K/A/ UGOCHI ONYEWU, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A AND THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION, IF ANY, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of September, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
