NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-051034 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3, Plaintiff and Robert C. Smallwood, Jr. a/k/a Robert C. Smallwood are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 19, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16 AND 17, BLOCK 597, CAPE CORAL UNIT 12, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 49 THROUGH 55.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
