NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Lee County, Florida, will on September 21, 2016, beginning at 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Unit Week Nos. 24 & 25, Parcel No. 987 AND Unit Week Nos. 26 & 27, Parcel No. 981, Harbourview Villas at South Seas Resort, a Condominium (“Condominium”), together with all appurtenances thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4202, Page 3254, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, if any.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
