Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 28-101, VILLAGIO, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4253, Page 4271, as amended in OR Book 4253, Page 4397, and as further amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in the said Declaration.
