Rooney a/k/a David Rooney; Crystal Lynn Rooney a/k/a Crystal L. Rooney a/k/a Crystal Rooney ; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants ; Franklin Tang f/k/a Vi Tang; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 29th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
