NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 01, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA000114CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BNC2, is Plaintiff, and OSIEL DE OLIVEIRA A/K/A OSIEL DEOLIVEIRA A/K/A OSIEL OLIVEIRA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 97, OAK GROVE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE(S) 10-16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
