NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described on the attached Exhibit A, at a public sale on September 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
