NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Re- Set Foreclosure Sale Date, entered August 15, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 001122 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR STARM 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and, LAWRENCE BRZOSTEK and ANN MARIE BRZOSTEK are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property at public sale on October 19, 2016, to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 am, on the prescribed date at https://SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
