NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-024593 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage Llc, is the Plaintiff and Giska Hinds, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
