NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of August 2016 and entered in Case No. 15-CA-010271, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CAROLINE AGHOLOR A/K/A CAROLINE M. AGHOLOR; FELIX AGHOLOR A/K/A FELIX C. AGHOLOR; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of October 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, BLOCK 1, NORTH LAKES SECTION “C” UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
