AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and DREW TRUST HOLDINGS LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 10554, DATED SEPTEMBER 9, 2013; ROBIN BEARD A/K/A ROBIN RENEE BEARD; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE DREW TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC TRUST NO 10554 DATED SEPTEMBER 9, 2013; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SEBASTIAN MARIBLE ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A AUSTIN MARIBLE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 03, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
