LOT 14, BLOCK 16, WASHINGTON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
