NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause August 18th, 2016, in Case No. 15-002396-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, SHARON L. HUBBS is the Plaintiff, and GEORGE M. PLOT; ORALVA PLOT; ANDREW WALSH, and; KRYSTA CAPUTO are the Defendants, the Hon. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of Court's website for online auctions, http://pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the 27th day of September, 2016, the property situated at 350 - 79th Avenue N, #304, St. Petersburg, Florida 33702, and described as:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 304, as shown on the Condominium plat of GATEWAY BY THE BAY, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 49, Pages 119 through 124, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded April 9, 1981, in Official Records Book 5173, Pages 1734 through 1786, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration of Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant
thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
