SHAHIN; SUNSET POINTE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 09, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
