NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following property described as:
Unit 3210, THE FARRINGTON ARMS, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4864, page 843, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 14, 2016.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
