ROSSI, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1 N/K/A LIZ JENSON, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 2, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 23, 2016, in Case No.: 52-2015-CA-006973 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH UNION PLANTERS BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and KATHLEEN A. ROSSI, et al. are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Pinellas County:
Lot 82, North Bay Hills First Addition Unit Three, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 84, Page 3, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
The above property will be sold on October 7, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
