NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 20th day of March, 2017, at 11:00 A.M. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com , the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situate and being in Orange County, Florida to-wit:
LOT 291, WESTYN BAY - PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 104 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 48-2013-CA-006749 now pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
