NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2016 entered in Civil Case No.: 2016-CA-004349-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, Foreclosure Sale will be held online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 30TH day of January, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 2415, OF MILLENIUM COVE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OR BOOK 8886, PAGES 2027, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
More commonly known as: 4647 CASON COVE DR #2415, ORLANDO, FL 32811.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
