NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017367-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-4, is the Plaintiff and SABITA SINGH; and REMINGTON OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 10, 2017 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, OF REMINGTON OAKS PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES (S) 38 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
