NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11/16/16, and entered in 16001248CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”),A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and RAYMOND A. CHUMBLEY A/K/A RAYMOND CHUMBLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYMOND A. CHUMBLEY A/K/A RAYMOND CHUMBLEY; JENNIFER CHUMBLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER CHUMBLEY are the Defendant(s).
