NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16001198CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-20, is the Plaintiff and Dawn M. Healey and Michael R. Healey, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 8, BLOCK 283, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 15, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 20-A THROUGH 20-Z-5, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
