OR UNDER WANDA FAY COOPER,

TO: WANDA FAY COOPER, if living, and if deceased, the unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, trustees or others claiming by, through or under Wanda Fay Cooper, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit No. 1274 of SUGAR CREEK COUNTRY CLUB TRAVEL TRAILER PARK, a cooperative, located upon lands described in Exhibit A and according to Exhibit B (plot plan, survey and graphic descriptions of improvements) of the Articles of Incorporation, of SUGAR CREEK COUNTRY CLUB TRAVEL TRAILER PARK ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, as shown in Official Records Book 1065, Page 1399, as amended in Official Records Book 1170, Page 2050, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida including the mobile home situated and affixed thereto.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by SUGAR CREEK COUNTRY CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on MARK A. HANSON, ESQUIRE, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication or ; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
