NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 3 November, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016CA001491000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Christopher Stricklen, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Charles Stricklen aka Charles Lee Stricklen, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 3rd of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 11 AND 12 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF SUN ACRES, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE SOUTH 70 FEET OF THE NORTH 100 FEET OF THE EAST 100 FEET OF THE WEST 110 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
