NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, that Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 27th day of December, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., on the Third Floor, the Collier Courthouse Annex Lobby, Civil Division, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail E Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
All of Tract 67, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 22, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 83 and 84, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
